To understand the differences between these two types of snoring, you must understand exactly how the snoring process works. Additionally, it is important to understand the difference because while primary snoring can simply be an irritant to your partner, Obstructive Sleep Apnea can lead to other significant health problems, and in some cases can even be deadly! Teenage Sleeping RequirementsIf you are a parent and concerned why your teenager is always tired, it may be due to the way teenagers sleep. Teenagers have different sleeping requirement than adults. Teenagers circadian clock also has an affect on the time a teenager gets tired and ready for bed. While most teenagers like to stay up as late as possible to chat on the computer, watch TV or talk to friends, the truth of the matter is that most teenagers circadian clock is set for 1 am to fall asleep. What makes matters worse is that teenagers usually wake up at 5:30 or 6AM in order to catch the bus to school in time creating extremely fatigued and underperforming students. Many teenagers try to catch up on sleep during the weekend; this is why your teenager usually doesn’t rise from bed on a Saturday morning until 10 or 11 o’clock. If you are a parent, you can try to help your teenage children by making sure that they are at least well rested or take a nap during the day in order to cut down on fatigue and allow them to sleep late into the morning on the weekends.
